I always liked the songs, but the production was not the greatest. ‘That first one, which was ‘Long Night Out,’ was basically me almost by myself in my college apartment with hardly any money – just drum machines and keyboard, bass and synth piano. ‘The whole concept behind this particular album is a remake of my debut record that I did 20 years ago,’ says Culbertson.
